Our process
Every partnership moves through three phases — start to finish, most take six to twelve months.
Phase One — Discovery
01 Introductory call30 minutes
A first conversation with you and/or your team, to see if it's the right fit on both sides.
02 Initial interview60 minutes
A longer, recorded conversation to find the shape of the story and hear how you naturally tell it.
03 Sample chapter
We write a short sample from that first interview, so you can hear your own voice on the page before we go further.
Phase Two — The Manuscript
04 Interviews10–20 hours
The real material-gathering — often including family, close collaborators, and people who knew you along the way.
05 Manuscript3–6 months
Drafted and revised chapter by chapter, with your feedback shaping every pass.
06 Final editing & approval
A last editing pass, and your sign-off on the finished manuscript.
Phase Three — Launch
07 Print & audio creation
We produce the finished book and its audio edition.
08 Launch plan
A sales and marketing plan built around how you want to share it with the world.
